At Zips Cannabis, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Due to the nature of cannabis products and Washington State regulations, returns are limited. Please review our policy below.
Zips Cannabis offers a 3-day return policy on defective cartridges. If your cartridge is defective or not functioning properly, you may return it within 3 days of purchase for a replacement or store credit.
To be eligible for a return, you must present your original receipt and the defective cartridge. The cartridge must have at least 50% of its contents remaining. Returns are only accepted at the original location of purchase.
Per Washington State law, the following items cannot be returned: flower, pre-rolls, edibles, concentrates (other than defective cartridges), tinctures, topicals, and accessories. All sales of these items are final.
If you believe you received a defective product other than a cartridge, please contact the store location where you made your purchase. Our team will work with you to find a resolution on a case-by-case basis.
Visit the Zips Cannabis location where you made your purchase within 3 days of the purchase date. Bring your original receipt and the defective cartridge. A team member will inspect the product and process your return.
